Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Commitment
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition:
- Items must be unworn with all original tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Items must pass our quality inspection
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- All items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Slippers and sandals marked as “Final Sale” (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or customized items

Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Specify your desired replacement item(s) in your return request
