Our Return Commitment

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unworn, with tags attached and original packaging). Please note:

  • Final sale items marked “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned
  • For hygiene reasons, slippers and sandals marked as “Final Sale” are excluded from returns
  • Personalized/customized items cannot be returned

Luxury Assurance: All returns are subject to inspection. Items showing signs of wear or damage may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

Note: Price differences for exchanges will be charged/refunded accordingly.
